Apparently, Sunny & Seo In Guk became close through Yuri & Lee Jong Suk. Legend states that when Seo In Guk had a brief stay in the hospital last month, Sunny was spotted nursing him back to health, probably getting some use out of her "Mr.Mr." nurse outfit.
