BOMB THREATS & GANG BEEFS WON'T STOP US FROM GOING TO BIG BANG'S CONCERT

As avid K-Pop nonsense spectators, we've had our fill of popcorn this past week. We've rambled weeks ago that a Big Bang/EXO overlap in promotions would bring on some entertainment, but we underestimated just how mad K-Pop fans could get...damn...we're going to need more popcorn for this shit.

There are only slight differences between K-Pop fandoms & actual street gangs. Both are comprised by very fanatical youths that are insanely territorial & unimaginably serious about their colors. It wasn't that long ago that g.o.d OGs were beefing with the up-and-coming BTOB set for essentially the same shade of blue. Don't get us started on the annual Dream Concert?

Basically a yearly reenactment of the opening gang meeting scene in The Warriors.

Despite it supposedly being about peace & harmony between fandoms under one roof to all collectively enjoy K-Pop...some gully shit always happens. Take this year's Dream Concert, particularly the beef between EXO's EXO-L & SHINee's Shawols. Two SM groups' fans beefing is like two different Crip sets beefing. Shawols say that EXO-L bought a bunch of tickets from the section designated for Shawols only to resell at a much higher price to fund the purchase of more EXO albums. Now that...is hustling, ya'll. EXO-L say that during the concert, Shawols forced them out their rightfully bought seats with strong-arm tactics & intimidation. Now that...is some tough gangsta retaliation shit, ya'll.

Now, the similarities between K-Pop fandoms & street gangs stop at violence. Say what you want about fanatical K-Pop fans, ain't no one trying to take people's lives on some gang shit...well...until Ate EXO-L from the Philippines spoke from her heart.
Okay, everyone calm down! We're Filipino, so we can totally understand what's written. Let's see, "BOMBA" means bomb...and "BIGBANG" is some sort of spaceship.

Damn...she just HAD to be Filipino. She's probably our cousin, too. Ugh...anyway, that's beyond basic gang shit & crossing into some ISIS shit. It's all pretty damn wild, but also hilarious that she went from 0-grenade real quick...real quick. To be fair, Ate's bias was Kris, then when he left, moved to Luhan, which then moved to Tao. It's been rough for her.

As if that wasn't enough nonsense, we got someone burning up a picture of Taeyang.
She must really hate The Dong.

We don't really know the outrage in this. Like, we get it's a picture of Taeyang getting burned, but c'mon...it's her picture to burn. She bought that shit to burn, which is basically hustling backwards. It's like when people bought Oreos & smashed them because Taeyeon & Baekhyun were smashing. She should've just painted a bootleg portrait of Taeyang, instead, like all the people in the world burning homemade American flags.
Dude took one glance from Google images & made that in 5 minutes.

While all that was happening, anxiety rose from both EXO-L & Big Bang V.I.Ps over music show wins. Because as we all know in K-Pop, if you win a useless piece of metal determined by arbitrary rules that are different for each useless piece of metal...you win at K-Pop? Mnet's useless & wildly phallic M! Countdown trophy ultimately went to Big Bang...of course...not without controversy!!!

See...wha-ha-happened was, errbody was voting. Then, with EXO in the lead, the voting window closed at 9:00 AM KST...well, that's what EXO-L believed. The voting was still open past that & V.I.Ps kept voting. Now in our eyes, there's nothing wrong with that. You mean to tell us NOT ONE EXO-L tried voting past the allotted voting window? Not taking advantage of a glitch is really EXO-L's loss. Overall, it's fine now because EXO won a useless Music Bank trophy. All is right with the K-Pop universe, but tensions are still high between EXO-L & V.I.P.

We couldn't participate in any of that because we were too busy getting Big Bang 2015 World Tour 'Made' In USA tickets. Despite taking advantage of a Citi pre-sale, the whole experience shaved off a few years of our lives. If anyone is going to be at the Saturday concert at the Prudential Center, we're going to be in Section 5.
Now if you plan on doing anything like Ate above, please note we're actually in...ummm...Section 214, yeah, Section 214...totes not in Section 5.

We're sure even more nonsense will happen with all the competitive comebacks about to happen, so before it all goes down, let's enjoy watching Big Bang dancing to Cam'ron's "Suck It Or Not".
